Christmas Cuties Commissions 2009 – CLOSED (4 Comments)

Sean

This is the sample for a VERY limited themed commission run – This is a 10 x 10 inch piece featuring Sean of No Angel – with really short hair! It’s just a sample to show the style and coloring method.

The ones like this are $30.

Simpler cel shaded type ones are $15.

The List:

1. Databank – Molly – Complete
2. Herman – Nevix – Complete – Thank-you, Hariman. :)
3. Elfgrove – Swan Prince – Complete
4. Azlan – Pencilling

What you get: A SINGLE character (one of mine or your own), simply drawn and shaded in this manner with one Christmas prop. The image will be sent to you in a 10 x 10 300 dpi jpg file or posted somewhere you can download it, suitable for printing and as a web saved version if you are intending it for a Christmas gift.

I do want to post them all to my website, so please let me know if it’s a gift so I don’t post it before Christmas. PLEASE be thorough in your description. I will not go back and add/fix things that are not in the description you give me. To make this as fast as possible I will also not be sending you lineart/pencils for approval.

What you do not get: The original inked artwork, because they are inked digitally and possibly drawn digitally depending on what I’m feeling like doing and what day it is. Inking something by hand involves having to go in and clean my daughter’s room, which I’m just not in the mood to do, nor do I have time to do it. 9.9

Please, nothing controversial, disturbing or simply out of the spirit of Christmas. (Not in that type of mood and I will likely not find it funny.)

You also cannot sell the artwork as prints or such things. This is for a COUPLE of prints off the file and publication on your own website if you like with proper notes on who did it.

Badge and Regular Commissions

by tiffany ross on May 28, 2010 at 4:45 pm

Until ad revenue picks up, I’m going back to doing more commissions, badges and otherwise.  Unlike last month, I’m getting caught up. :D   Just need to raise money for gas and groceries – then maybe some fun stuff to do with Kim afterwards.  We don’t do anything fun until the rest is paid for.

I am currently offering 4 x 5 inch badge commissions, either done by hand in copic marker or on the computer.  (Badges ONLY at the moment!  Doing full pages by hand takes considerably longer and I have two in progress.)

Anthromoph example – W/ Embellishment and watercolor overwash, plus, larger than standard

I can work from photographs of pets and do various RPG characters, human or otherwise.

You will be emailed a pencil sketch to approve and then payment will be due at that time.

Black and white inked commissions will be $40 for 8.5 x 11 on matte paper, $30 for digital file (computer inked).

Copic colored laminated badges – $35.  This would be a bust shot only.  $5 for additional embellishment, such as watercolor overwash (makes it glittery and shiny), 3D additions, gems, chains, necklaces, jewelry.  (That’s 3D items, not drawn on.)

Full body badges will be $45, … unless you have wings or tons of hair. :D   Then we’re going to negotiate.

Digital colored laminated badges – $25.  Bust shot only.  Watercolor overwash not available, but everything else is.

Fully body Digital Color badges – $35.

The following does NOT include a pencil sketch, a full color commission of a single character with a simple background and one prop is $40.  You will receive a digital file suitable for printing with permission to print it how you see fit as long as it’s not mass produced for profit.

Prices DO include shipping, unless you are outside the US/Mexico/Canada.  Otherwise, please add $5.

If you have any questions, ask here.  I am willing to do other things if you email and discuss them and work out a price.  Make me an offer.  Be SURE all correspondence goes to the email noted before.  This is the email I check daily and use for such things.

- Tiff

Furthea's Badge – Completed (1 Comment)

This is the first of the commission badges and the first one I’ve done using this particular method.  The little bits of ‘glimmer/lighter/textured looking things’ on the outfit are actually a special glimmering watercolor wash that is over the basic copic colors.  This particular badge is on the higher end.   It’s also larger than the usual badges.  I need to stick to a 4.5 x 5.5 size. :D   It’s easier on my laminator.  It’s laminated with a heat laminator which I use for badges now.  I also wanted to take a picture of my method of attachment.  I use metal grommets to secure the ring into the badge that also has a badge clip attached.

AS for the earring… those ARE actual dice beads on chains serving as an earring.  The glimmer near them is a transparent rubber jewelry beading thread that’s very strong and … transparent.  It’s not noticeable except when a flash hits it.  I was going to add a little wing charm to the collar piece, but mine were all too big to use.

Extra bits like that cost extra.  I can add 3D effects like flowers, necklaces, etc.
